Whitney Point Fall Festival
The Annual Whitney Point Fall Festival is held on the 4th Saturday of October. The 17th Annual Whitney Point Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, October 24th, 2020.
The Whitney Point Fall Festival, sponsored by the Greater Whitney Point Community Planning Committee Corporation and in cooperation with the Whitney Point School District, is a family friendly event. Each year the Festival offers a variety of entertainment and activities, suitable for all ages. Some favorites include: the Rotary parade, a quilt show and craft fair, and various musical and entertainment events. Also popular are the photography and baking contests. Most all of the activities are held indoors at the Tioughnioga Riverside Academy (TRA) at 2887 State Rt. 11, with local businesses providing special Fall Festival discounts and activities.
Funding is provided by the Chenango County Council of the Arts, as well as sponsorships from local and regional businesses.
This project is made possible with public funds from the Chenango Arts Council's Decentralization Program, a re-grant program of the NYS Council of the Arts, with support from Governor Andrew Cuomo and the NYS Legislature.
The Greater Whitney Point Community Planning Committee Corporation is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

*** For the safety and concern of the greater Whitney Point community due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus, the Fall Festival committee has canceled the 2020 Fall Festival planned to be held in October.
With the uncertainty of the COVID-19 Coronavirus and planned assemblies in the U.S., the committee wishes to withhold judgement on the 2021 and future festivals until a later date.
